Rebecca qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 and has specialised in private client tax since 2005. She qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2014 and has worked with a variety of small and larger firms in Surrey, more recently Smith and Williamson and Menzies. She has extensive experience dealing with high net worth individuals, property owners, sole traders, owner managed businesses, family groups and non UK domiciled clients.
Rebecca’s specialist knowledge areas include tax compliance, preparing complex tax returns, and providing tax planning advice to individuals and families to optimise their tax positions. This has involved advice regarding inheritance tax planning, selling assets, trusts, residency issues, and profit extraction from businesses.
When she is not in the office, Rebecca runs regularly with friends at a local club, taking part in 10Ks and raising money for charities. She also loves long distance hiking and swimming, particularly in the sea whenever the weather allows. Asides from sport, she enjoys socialising with friends and family, DIY, travelling and reading.
